Captain Michael grew up in Southeast Michigan. From the time he was old enough to walk and through his entire childhood he spent every minute possible with his dad fishing and hunting, which evolved into a lifelong obsession for the outdoors.

In 2008 Capt. Michael relocated to SW Florida and his passion for the outdoors quickly turned into an obsession for inshore saltwater fishing.

Spending every free minute exploring and learning everything he possibly could about this vast tropical wonderland and all that calls this ecosystem home. So after 16 years, thousands of days and tens of thousands of hours spent on the water enjoying the gifts that this area has to offer, he now gets an added pleasure from sharing with others the knowledge and experiences  that he feels so blessed to have in his life every day.

To spend a day on the water with Captain Michael is an experience not to be forgotten but definitely to be repeated.
